YOGA MONDAY'S

And so it begins..... a new year and a new fitness and health start over! (as I write this I have eaten all the chocolates in my flat, so now I feel I can officially start a healthy week).
Some yoga goals for the year:

Today is my first yoga class of the year, I am scared

I hope this year to maintain going to class
Being way more patient with myself
Researching and  reading more on yoga
Recruiting more of my friends to get involved
Working on my yoga at home as often as possible
focusing, healing and learning
