YOGA MONDAY'S

So good to be back at yoga last week. It was a very small class so I did feel a lot less distracted. I need to learn to really focus and switch off during yoga. I am reading a fantastic book at the moment on yoga and meditation and the benefits that they both hold. I am feeling a bit run down still so looking forward to class to rejuvenate me. Best part about this Monday, my friend Brigid is joining me! YAY I hope she likes it and comes more often. Its always great to have friends involved with something you enjoy.
