SO excited for yoga tonight! I missed last week (lady gaga) and the rest of the week was a blur of madness with not much gym time! I cant wait for class! It really makes me super happy. I had a pretty packed weekend and indulged on a big level! (which is always nice :) ) but yoga makes me feel calm, focused and prepared for the rest of my week. Need to try get into more classes so I can up my progress levels. Feeling grateful this week for all the good in my life, the lessons I have learnt in the last year and the progress I have made with my injury.

  1. Thanks for posting yoga mondays! I just started a new kind- hot/Bikram yoga. Def a hard class today but the results are worth it :) good luck with ur own progress. xx
