YOGA MONDAY'S - INSPIRATION FROM MIRANDA KERR
I have been back at yoga for awhile but I have not blogged about it in ages!!!! So here we are, back on for Yoga Monday's. I am hugely inspired by Miranda Kerr. I recently read her book Treasure Yourself. Filled with lots of positivity and lots of self worth. I really like her healthy, positive outlook and attitude towards life. The book is also filled with positive affirmations and some great tips for keeping yourself on the up. She also happens to be super good at yoga and has the body to prove what yoga can do!

Definitely going to read her book, I am in need of some serious yoga inspiration feeling so unfit at the moment.
